How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@demotees.org

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly, usually within 48 hours, upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option, time of year etc. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of demotees.org.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. If the item was damaged in transit you’ll need to contact the courier or postal service who delivered your goods to resolve the issue.
In other instances, to help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@demotees.org within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
